Sweet District was born from the story of Chef Ricky, a Venezuelan and passionate lover of pastry, who chose to build his path in the United States over a decade ago.
His journey has been shaped in demanding kitchens, working in well-known restaurants in Miami and New York, where he refined his technique, discipline, and vision. Some of his desserts have even crossed borders, becoming part of events in Europe.
Sweet District steps away from the spotlight to return to what truly matters: the craft, the details, and the kind of flavor that connects. Every dessert is thoughtfully created, where technique meets a more personal, heartfelt approach, and Caribbean touches bring warmth and identity to every bite.
